William J. Towner Aka Bill Towner decorative black duck. Solid body with some dings shown in the photos. This duck was made in 4-75 as he wrote on the bottom and has WJT stamped on the bottom. But I think this is an earlier model that was hand carved WJT and not hot iron stamped. You be the judge by the photo. From the collection of the Bill Towner family.
